I've been going to Kay for five years for coaching on various career-related needs. She always asks strategic questions and provides objective feedback in a positive manner. She also follows up to discuss how things have changed/improved and provides additional guidance when necessary. I've always felt comfortable seeking guidance from Kay and look forward to continuing to work with her.

From the start Kay made her process very clear, and laid out the timeline for an update of a resume. Initially, it was helpful to provide her with documentation like prior performance reviews, current job description, and several 'ideal' positions.
Kay met my tight deadline and provided feedback in writing and via phone.
I'd absolutely recommend her services to anyone who is looking to update a resume or formulate an initial resume.
Kay gets it. No matter what industry you are in, her wordsmithing skills will benefit your success. I have used her services multiple times.
