Generally, I bill on a flat fee model as it is both the industry standard and best for immigration cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every case is different, but generally a conversation via phone or at my office to determine goals, objectives and options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over seven years of experience in immigration law. Licensed by the State Bar of Arizona, U.S. District Court (federal license) and the Executive Office of Immigration Review (immigration court). Undergraduate degree from Mizzou with a BA in Magazine Journalism. Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association National Media Advocacy Committee.
