Best Plumber Ever! This is my second time hiring Efrain. He is my go to plumber from now on. I had a huge emergency today. I left a load in the washer running while i I went to church. To my huge surprise when I got home I noticed a stench. My house was flooded with sewage. I couldn't believe what was going on. I immediately called Efrain, since I really liked his service the first time he installed a water heater at one of my other properties. Efrain came within 30min on a Sunday. I had a main sewer blockage. Efrain cleared the sewer line. What I really liked about him was that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He was honest, punctual, and fair priced. He even helped me clean up the sewage with his shop vac. I have other properties and I have always dealt with plumbers and contractors trying to sell me something I didn't really need. Efrain is a keeper. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again Efrain.

Efrain communicates well, up front, no games, install was professional, and doesn't try to upsell. I did want something extra during the install and Efrain was very willing to accommodate, thanks. I paid him for the extra labor but it's worth it. He and helper struggled a bit getting this large and heavy 75 gallon water heater up to it's location which is pretty tight. So a specialized lifter would seem to make sense to not dent and scratch up the water heater. After getting garage back in order, I took a shower. Best shower I've had since moving into this house. Water pressure was noticeably stronger, hot water stayed very hot after a long shower and didn't creep down at all. I think pressure is higher because more hot water flow and means I can have more cold water too.
