- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe communication is key to any successful project. I like to start with a phone call to talk about their business, objectives, and timeline. Depending on the project, I'll then provide mock-ups or links for viewing and editing. Once all drafts are approved we then go live. For campaign management, I provide reports and make tweaks or strategic recommendations as needed. For websites, I provide training on how to update and edit content.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to formal degrees in marketing and communications and I also have certifications from Google and Hubspot. I'm also always taking new classes and reading about marketing trends, the latest marketing technologies and how to continually improve systems and processes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my start in marketing by promoting concerts in El Paso, TX.
