Kathy was invaluable in assisting me to lose 20lbs on a very easy process and diet. I was nervous, but Kathy made me very comfortable and informative. I was able to text her menus i wasnt sure about and Kathy would respond immediately to give suggestions. Im on way to lose 20 more lbs and begin an excercise program. I highly recommend Kathy as your health coach!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy first sitting down and getting familiar with what is the overall objectives, obstacles and steps already taken in the past. Together we design a plan that is comfortable and at my clients pace. We keep our eye on results while making all time productive and relaxing, a more holistic approach to change.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through Expertrating in both Life Coaching and Nutrition. Also, believe it or not, I have training through all my corporate life with Xerox, GE and Ricoh Corporation on how to work through problems in the work world. I am also in recovery for 21 years and understand relationships and overcoming addiction issues.
