Jess Ruth Healing Yoga and Bodywork

Introduction: I have a great passion for yoga, bodywork, exercise, wellness, and healing. I combine my interests and specialized training to best serve my clients with their individual needs. I recognize that every single person is completely and utterly different in respect to their bodywork needs and I deeply respect this wonderful quality in us all. My favorite kind of bodywork is focused and targeted work on the body. If a client has for instance, limited shoulder mobility or tight quadriceps, I like to explore these limitations and figure out how to help my clients overcome these scenarios. Not only do I provide several modalities of massage and bodywork, but I also like to leave my client with simple practices they can do on their own such as yoga poses or stretching so effects of their bodywork last longer and they work on overcoming their limitations more rapidly and efficiently.
