We had gotten 4 quotes for roofing before we found JM roofing. All the roofing companies were very expensive and were all salesman. It does not take an hour to get a quote on a roof. When we met José he looked at the roof and gave us a quote right away. We also liked the fact that it was a small family owned business. They came in removed the old roof and sheeted it in one day. Had the inspection the next day. And by the third day they came in and did the whole roof. It took 3 days. We got quotes from other companies that said it took 7-10 days. I highly recommend JM roofing we are so happy with our new roof. They are very professional and get the job done. We are so happy we shopped around and found JM roofing. We would definitely recommend them to all our friends and family who need a new roof.

Jose Martinez did a great job.He removed 2 very old rotating air vents. He replied within 20 minutes of me sending out my request. He replaced with newer air vents Ohagins air vents, installed ice & water barrier underlayment around the Ohagins, and 20 year new shingles installed. Pricing was a value.
