- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices depend on the scope of the job, brands of materials used. We like to use the best brands that offer the best warranty usually life time with premium brands. We don't try to cut corners and offer the best installation that will last you many years and give you top performance. Some contractors give less quality materials and labor for cheaper price but those jobs leave clients ultimately unhappy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts us, we first schedule an initial consultation to inspect the property and discuss the project. After the inspection, we present a our company, appropriate lisences, options and proposal for review that includes an estimated cost of the job and affordable financing options to make paying easy. Once the proposal is accepted, our team gathers the information we need to develop a plan and schedule the installation for as soon as possible. This plan is then signed by both parties and once the necessary permits (if necessary) are obtained, and then the work begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company management has over 30 years in residential and commercial construction experience in all aspects of building and construction materials.
