Caroline Salz Therapy
About this pro
As your therapist, I will guide you in a comfortable and non-judgmental environment to help you confront challenges and embrace your strengths. We will work collaboratively to meet your therapeutic goals, and together we will work on determining the habits that keep you from moving forward. I am passionately committed to helping you address causes of anxiety, and the destructive and limiting beliefs that are keeping you from living a full and happy life. I am here to support and encourage you on this challenging journey! I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families in private practice. I particularly enjoy working with couples, and assisting with communication skills and conflict resolution. As your couples counselor, I offer guidance to work through deep issues and unhealthy patterns. This process can help you and your partner discover what is right for your relationship, and allow for more connection, intimacy and trust.
Caroline is very easy to talk to and is extremely good at listening. She gives good insight and the flow when talking to her is very natural.May 30, 2017Verified
