- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Most of our pricing are not standardize other than the prototypes that we have on our website. it’s impossible to offer a hard-and-fast price list, since each cake incorporates so many variables. We take into account the number of servings, the complexity of diverse design elements. Sometimes a smaller cake may take longer to create than a larger one, and therefore, it will be priced higher per slice . Our company uses quality ingredients and execute time consuming techniques into making to finishing(Decorating)our products. Hence, our prices will be higher than regular bakery place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Will need as much informations as possible like Design style, image reference, colors, number of servings and budget.
