Melissa helped me change my life! We did weekly facetime calls since I live out of area and she helped me to get clear on my goals, execute tasks and see my progress. I am a hoarder and so I have trouble letting things go. She helped me to assess the value of items and I was able to get rid of stuff, declutter and essentially better organize the items I care about. She had so many great ideas- one of my favorites was storing my boots on a hanger with clips. I live in a super small studio and so space is limited. She helped me make decisions on some new purchases once I was able to make space for them.
I find this type of work to be very personal and her approach was very kind, loving and attuned to my needs. She was great at keeping in touch via email in between our sessions and also just coming up with a big picture plan- I didn't know where to start or focus my energy. I can't emphasize how much this changed my life. I can now have people over and most of all I just feel good being in my own home. When a pile appears, I have new tools how to manage it and I am also happy to have actual space with nothing there which is proof of how much she helped me.
