Introduction: A professional career coach who enables people to move forward and achieve their career goals. With a successful track record of enabling people to achieve their goals and overcome any potential challenges such as lack of confidence, self-esteem issues or fear. My successful career as a HR professional, particularly my work in recruitment and development, along with my coaching experience and qualification give me a powerful combination of knowledge and tools as a Career Coach. I'm passionate about enabling people to have a career and working life which they love! Witnessing people have realisations about the potential possibilities open to them in their careers and then seeing them actually work towards these is incredible. Naturally motivating and inspiring supporting others comes naturally to me and is a crucial part of the coaching process. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
From experience clients who have a very specific goal make great process at working towards it or achieving it within 4 or 5 sessions. On this basis I generally offer a 5 week coaching programme. This programme is priced at $995, however as a newby to LA, I'm offering this programme for $550 to those who live in Los Angeles. If you would like to work with me on a different basis (i.e. one off interview skills) please contact me and we can discuss.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to working together please feel free to email me with any questions or queries you have. It's also encouraged that we have a (non obligation) call so we can speak before we get started. Depending on your location the coaching could be conducted face-to-face or via Skype. I would then send you a contract and an intake questionaire. The intake questionnaire woud be discussed at our first session. This would allow us both to get really clear on your expectations, what outcomes you want from the coaching relationship and what success looks like for you. A tailored programme would be designed to specifically for you to move you towards or to achieve your goal. This would give a struture for the sessions, however the coaching programme is yours and as such we would work to your agenda. A coaching programme of 4 - 6 sessions is a great lenght to start really making great progress. At the end of each session you will always have some actions (which you have identified) which will start moving you towards your goal. We may also use tools and psychometics within or between sessions as part of the programme. My goal is for you to achieve yours, so I'm very happy to have contact between sessions. Especially to learn of your successes and achievements!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied for my Coaching Diploma with The Coaching Academy. This was a very practical course, practical assessments making up a large portion of the final rating. There was a requirement to attend a number of full-day class room led training as well as webinars. The diploma is recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Having been a HR professional for 20 years I'm a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with an MSc in Human Resources Management. Qualifications in a range of psychometric assessments allows me to incorporate these into the coaching programme if relevant.
