PTM Movers has a standard pricing structure for it's suite of services ranging from Full service moves, labor only moves, and furniture & appliance deliveries.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service: 1.Dialog-listening to the customer's needs and challanges and conveying/establishing PTM Mover's value-add services, solutions & options to the customer. 2. Explaining the entire moving experience to the customer from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the company owner I have 15 years of professional moving experience. Some of our Movers have upward of up to 19 years of professional moving experience.
