I was successfully coached and helped in making a delicious, healthy, and satisfying vegan meal. Nina taught me how to easily prepare a meal with the ingredients on hand with no excuses for not having a home cooked meal! She is patient and kind. She also has many great ideas for meals from all her travels! Highly recomend!

My relationship with food started very early in my life. Right upon my birth I discovered milk and was I excited about it! It was something new, something fresh. Milk and I had a special thing going on. Milk understood me, it understood my nutritious needs. And it was the first one, my food virginity. But as it often happens, few years after I felt like I needed to put out and explore other foods. I pushed milk away and endeavored into a food-flick spree. Yes, the new experiences were a lot of fun, but I never managed to experience that deep connection with it again. I felt lost, shallow, damaged. But then the day came when Nina walked into my life. What did Nina do? Nina made a sweet and salty combo. You have to understand one thing, where I come from sweets are very sweet, and salty food is very salty. Combining them is a heresy. But Nina's charm, confidence, and passion for food are too difficult to resist. And what happened right then, right there, was something magical. What I felt was something deep, something I hadn't experienced since my break-up with milk. The way that dish made love to my mouth changed me. It changed my beliefs, it changed my desires, it made me question my whole life. But it also gave me answers. Thank you, Nina, and thank God for Nina.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We are happy to travel to customers and offer vegan cooking lessons, catering for small parties and get togethers, as well preparation of personal meals.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    In 2013 I set out on a quest to manifest my highest self; in doing so, I learned that what you put in your body affects the whole being. Faced with the challenge of finding palatable vegan food, I was enflamed with the passion of creating my own delicious food, and convincing those around me that it is possible to be vegan without forfeiting the joys and pleasure of eating food that nourishes the soul and body.

    I work with everyone; whether you're just embarking on the path to clean eating, an adept vegan, or simply a curious soul testing the water.
