Communication was very clear, I booked an SUV when my folks were in town to go to a wine tasting in Malibu, the car was neat and clean, the driver came early, they had water,snacks and juice in the cars Great prices!!! We hired Pharaoh LS, LLC for our wine tasting adventure when my family was in town. Very pleased with our overall experience. Manny, our driver, was pretty much awesome! He took us the scenic routes so we could show off Southern CA to our guests. Driver and management was very responsive to our requests and had each location mapped out ahead of time so they did not have to ask us while we were enjoying ourselves. SUV was super clean and very classy. You definitely arrive in style with this company. We were able to listen to our own music, they provided water, and got us from A to B quickly and safely. Value was perfect too. We will use them again.
