- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining will be split in half, 50% due on the day of the event and 50% due before photo delivery. All military personnel and their immediate family will receive a 15% discount on all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client reaches out I offer a complimentary consultation over the phone to determine what the couple needs and wants for their wedding and how I can provide that for them. After that I put together a proposal and send it over for them to look over and decide what is it exactly that they want on their special day. After they make a selection I will then follow up with a contract with a 25% deposit to secure their date. Once the date is secured I will then send over a list of questionnaires to fill out, with all the most important parts of the wedding, the vendors, the shot list etc as well as a little info about how to get ready for photos and so on. Online photo delivery is within 4-6 weeks from the event date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education started through film photography in a dark room in high school. I learned it from its very technical basics and moved up from there. While I continued to collage education I have worked with many talented photographers, I've been mentored by a few as well. After collage I decided to open my own compny and have been investing in workshops and conferences with the best of the best in the photography business to assure up to date service and photography.
