- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 per hour, or $40 per half hour. Group rates are also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
5 to 10 minute conversation about their objectives and what they enjoy doing for exercise. Then I can train you at my home gym: Body Designs West, or at an outside location. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a physiology background from the University of Washington, and am NASM, FNS certified. My research is specifically geared towards don't strength, posture control and weight loss throughout your life. Nutritional guidance also helps with this.
