- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I start with a scheduled phone call or email introduction to find out exactly what the short term and long term goals are. I like to make sure that what we're doing here short term is working toward the long term strategy. Once we diagnose that then I craft an overall social strategy and follow back up with the program and start the execution.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been a product of the internet for 7+ years with a passion for all things social. The evolution of it was extremely interesting to me and I've surrounded myself with great mentors who taught me great things in the space.
