- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military discounts, and we bill as flat rate or hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get the general information regarding your event; The type of event that you are hosting, date, staff needed, cocktail selection, rental selection, and then we move on too cuisine selection if needed. After all of those aspects are finished we deliver a invoice via email, then once that is finished we move on too the contract and deposit and wait for the big day.

20 years in the hospitality industry, 5 years in the private event arena.
