Introduction: Hi my name is Shyrelle :) I am a yoga/meditation/reiki instructor/healer. Please give me a call and maybe we can speak about your specific needs/goals. I am trained in vinyasa/power flow, bikram, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. I have worked with everyone from kids to seniors, beginners to advanced, a more workout or more spiritual based practice depending on your needs. I can incorporate breath work, chanting, guided meditation, reiki healing, crystal healing, essential oils, and sound healing as well if interested. I am originally from Hawaii and have training and certifications from studios in LA, NYC and Shanghai. I've seen so many positive results from reiki, yoga and meditation & am excited to see the positive effects after your experience. During a reiki session, my main concern is for you to be completely comfortable. Everyone is different in what they want done to them but generally I would cleanse you first with sage, offer you an essential oil, use my Tibetan singing bowl to open up your chakras, play a sound bath track in the background & perform the full hour on you. I also like to talk through before hand if there's anything specific going on that could help me better target areas of blockage. The entire process will take about an hour and a half. I can also lead you into a guided meditation if you would like. I am a true believer in reiki, as I have seen so many positive results in others as well as my own physical, emotional & spiritual self. Hope to practice with you soon!
