He did an excellent job at cleaning my extra long couch and chase. My dog had urninated on the couch that day and I couldn’t get the smell out. He came to my rescue and moved his schedule around so he could come on the same day. He is such a nice man, a person that you can trust to be in your home, very sweet, cleans up after himself, and professional. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because he dry cleaned instead of steamed clean and it left a bit of a dirty mop smell on the couch. I had used Lysol wipes to try to clean my couch and maybe part of that was the smell, I don’t know. Even so, he did get the urine smell out!! I will definitely call on him again to clean my couch and chase and next time have him do steam cleaning instead. He was very nice when he was here cleaning the couch. Hours after he left, I text him letting him know the cushions were still wet. He suggested I put them under a fan or near a window, and to call him again in the morning if any stains reappeared. I called several times because now there are WHITE OUTLINES ALL OVER THE CUSHIONS FROM THE TREATMENT. I've reached out several times and never received a response. I am astonished at your claims! I have not received phone calls from you at all! Please indicate when these calls were placed? I have documentation to prove there was no communication regarding your furniture after my cleaning. I was so thrown back by this that I had to go research who you were. You can see from ALL my previous work that your claims are not representative of my service. I cleaned your couch on May 22. I reached out to you on June 1 for a review (why reach out for review if there was a problem??) I just noticed an overlooked response from Sept. 1 asking me to come remove white stains from your couch if I wanted a review from you. I apologize for my lack of response to That message. As mentioned it was accidentally unnoticed. So that means you had problems with your couch for 3 months but didnt decide to reach out until a request for a review. In addition, there arent ever any white stains that my cleaning leaves behind. Im completely flabbergasted. I regret you felt the need to discredit my service when this could have easily been resolved months ago if I was truly contacted.
