- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All parts are genuine and like-new. If the part can't be found at the moment, the customer can be on a waiting list. Discounts are available for repair on more than 1 computer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can either contact the customer via email, text or phone call to determine what the issue is and how it can be resolved. The process consists of Make, Model and Version of Computer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A+ Certification, IT Network Solutions, Computer Management and Diagnostics, C-7 CCTV Technician.
