Introduction: Dwayne Washington at XPLOSV Sports Performance has over 20 years of speed, agility, explosive and sport specific skill development training (football, basketball, track and field) in the Los Angeles area. As a track coach, Washington has developed a unique method of teaching running technique and developing speed. Working with serious and recreational athletes of all ages, he uses his running technique knowledge and experience to improve speed and agility and as well as plyometrics expertise to develop quickness, vertical leap and overall athletic explosiveness.
Before embarking on the path to speed training, Washington worked exclusively with basketball players, improving quickness, vertical leap, ball handling and shooting skills. As a former European professional, Washington learned the secrets to a quicker shot. As an instructor at the UCLA John Wooden Recreation, Washington was able to polish his training skills and help improve the shooting and ball handling skills for many students, student-athletes and staff.
Washington is the author of "How to Run a Faster 40 - 60-Day Challenge" as well and is currently working on the book "How to Shoot a Quicker, More Accurate, Jump Shop - 30-Day Challenge."
