The cleaner was perfectly friendly and nice, but I booked a 2bdrm deep clean, and she didn’t finish cleaning my apartment. She didn’t vacuum the rugs in the living room or study, she didn’t empty the kitchen trash, she didn’t clean the kitchen sink, she didn’t vacuum under the sofa, her mop was just a towel on a broom so the floors weren’t very well cleaned. When I complained the agent claimed they already gave me a free hour over time and my apartment must have been “very dirty” (it wasn’t).
