You can tell that she practice Pilates regularly and when you see her, you want to do whatever workout she does because she looks so fit and strong. My pilates experience with Spencer has been extraordinary!! I felt changes in my body after just ONE session! I had never experienced anything other than may pilates but working with Spencer on her reformer has been revolutionary. And here I was thinking that pilates was only for old people! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $75 for a 60 min session and I have packages available. Just message me about it and I will explain. :) (example; a 6pack would come out to $60 a session etc...) That’s a $15 discount so I definitely recommend that. Most of my clients start with that package!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Ask the client what their fitness goals are to achieve . How many times a week are they wanting to train and what their current workout routine is. Everyone can benefit from Pilates. It’s such an incredible mind/body workout and connection. You leave the session feeling uplifted and worked but in all the right places. Nobody has ever complained that I’ve trained . I feel that with Pilates you always want to train more and you can ! There’s so many amazing benefits to Pilates! It’s my absolute favorite !
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Im certified through Equinox Pilates Training Institute for Classical Pilates but I do both classical and contemporary depending on what the client needs. Plus it’s always fun to spice it up! With new exercises! :)
