- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use easy and affordable, government backed financing that makes it more affordable then ever to make your house an energy efficient home. With no upfront cost, no high credit score needed, no payments for many months. Then, a small payment that pays for itself over time, with energy saving, tax incentives, rebates and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to come and look at your home to see what is needed, in terms of energy efficiency. If we find a need, we then do our best to qualify your home for the program, that provide all the benefits based on a government legislation. Once your home is approved, we finalize the paper work and set up a walk-through. After the walk-through we set up an install date. Once project is complete, and you are happy, you'll need to sign a completion form.
