- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Officiant: I believe your wedding day should truly be your dream day therefore I don’t charge extra for customizing your ceremony. The only dependent factor is whether you'd like to do add-ons such as me providing the roses for mothers. The initial consultation is $50 (as part of the total) so we can talk about what exactly you want in a perfect ceremony and to make sure we have a good connection. Coordinator: We also provide excellent wedding coordination based on years of experience. Pricing differs as to what kind of services you like - e.g. RSVP and invitation management, guest accommodation, etc. Everything is customized so you only pay for what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Officiant: We get together either in person or per Skype as I find it very important to build that first connection whilst looking in each others eyes. Once the first consultation is completed and we have a mutually good feeling about this, we move forward with sample scripts and ceremony customization until you have exactly what you like. Coordinator: We also meet for a first consultation ($50 as part of the total fee) and see where you are at. We make sure that we are on the same page and that everything can go smoothly, moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Officiant: I have been ordained by the Universal Life Church, where we believe that all humans are children of the same universe. Our "slogan" is "Be cheerful. Strive to be happy." and that's what I want you to be with my work - happy! Coordinator: With years of experience in the wedding industry and having planned my own wedding, I and my team know exactly what challenges couples and vendors face during such a special and tense day. We are here to take the stress out of it and let you cherish those moments.
