FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The main concern homeowners have when it comes to any home improvement project is starting off with one price only to be asked to pay more in the middle of the project. Our number one goal in providing estimates to our customers is to be as thorough as possible in order to minimize the chances of something unexpected coming up when the project is already underway. Knowing the final price is crucial when it comes to providing a homeowner the peace of mind necessary to reach a decision they’re comfortable with. In addition to our reliable estimates we take every effort possible to pass any savings on to our customers. Other than our monthly promotions, providing discounts to senior citizens, veterans and active duty members of the armed forces is just one of the ways in which we give back to the community. Providing financial relief to those that need it most is something that is at the core of our business structure. Calling in and talking to one of our helpful team members is the best way to make sure you’re taking advantage of all of the savings you’re eligible to receive! Call now to find out more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our approach to every new customer is to identify the unique set of roofing services they are looking for and create a customized and detailed proposal that caters to their specific needs. No two customers are identical and treating them as such does a disservice to providing each customer with the best possible experience. We take the necessary time required to identify the needs each customer has and pair them with the project manager that best suits their needs. For this reason, to better serve our customers we have created a set of questions we ask our customers when we set our initial consultation appointments. Based on the answers provided we make sure that the customer interested in a detailed and thorough step by step estimate, the customer interested in the aesthetics and look of modern roofing options, the customer interested in the bottom line price, etc. all end up assigned the project manager that is best suited to meet each customer’s specific roofing needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
