- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 175.00 an hour. I have a 1 hour minimum. There is no job too small. If the job is more that 12 miles away, an hour of travel will be added as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell me what you want done, explain it or send photos, I give an estimate, or come see it 1st (if need be) schedule a date & time, arrive punctually & get to work. My time estimates are very accurate & it’s seldom for a job to exceed the time I quoted you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years in this business, & the passion to go another 40+.. I attend a equipment safety meetings hosted by various cities, I attend all the new equipment seminars to make sure I always have the latest & best equipment there is! A handy man is only as good as his tools!
