Explained each step in my process well. Didn't pull any punches with the realities of my case, i respect and value that greatly in her approach. Top notch all the way!!Dec 1, 2018
The service you get at M.C. Law is amazing!!!!! Been going through family law for 12 years in and off, and the effort that Mayasha gives you, makes you feel that someone is actually in your corner. She has also corrected me at times when I was being petty, and reminded me that it was not in the best interest of my daughter, so I appreciated her honesty, and thank her for caring enough of my daughter to remind me what i’m In court for!!!!!!Nov 27, 2018
Mayasha was there when I needed her most. She is vibrant and always ready to tackle my most pressing issues in a timely manner. When it comes to litigating matters - I will discuss with her all the important aspects (or at least what I think is important) and she will decipher which topics are necessary to litigate and which topics are best left to settle. When it comes to billable hours - she doesn’t waste money she always tries to find the most cost effective way to go about your case. I highly recommend M.C. Law.Nov 25, 2018
I am grateful that M.C. Law is in business. You hear horror stories about Attorneys that do not care about their clients and I am happy to report that is not the case with M.C. Law. From the moment I retained them I felt like I was in good hands I was kept well informed every step of the way and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend M.C. Law you will not be disappointed.Nov 25, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our firm can be hired in one of three ways: (1) Appearance Only - where we are your attorneys for that day that day only (on your court day). We provide legal representation for you in court. However you are responsible for all your documentation and deadlines. (2) Limited Scope Representation- this is where we will be hired to help litigate/resolve a particular issue within your family law case. However, you will be responsible for all other aspects of your family law case. (3) Traditional Representation - where we are your attorney of record. We completely take over your case. All phone calls and communications shall be through our office. This is where you can sit back, relax and we take care of the rest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My typical process is to have the initial meeting in the comforts of their home or in my office (located next to LAX) where we just have a conversation. It’s important to let information flow rather than force it, as being comfortable is key. We discuss the court process; California family laws that may affect your situation; fee schedule; and answer any questions you may have. Once it’s been decided that you want to retain our office, we immediately open your file and get started with your case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my masters in business. This educational endeavor has greatly helped when dividing high net worth divorces and reaching settlement agreements more cost effectively.
