Introduction: I blend functional strength training, movement, rehab/prehab and martial arts. Whatever one’s goals are, I find creative ways to engage clients in achieving their goals. Training is offered online, in person or programming only options. To complement the fitness training, I offer Nutrition Coaching to help clients develop a lifelong positive relationship with food and achieve specific body goals. Whether it’s increasing lean mass, improve performance, lowering body fat or increasing energy, I work with clients on an individualized basis. Certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT and Precision Nutrition PN1.

I really enjoyed training with Alina because she coached me through an effective work out and also rehabilitation excercises, fully understanding my past chronic pain issues and helping me prevent further injuries. I feel not only stronger, but more confident in my ability to progress to heavier weights and higher intensity workouts. Alina also motivated me to adopt intermittent fasting (IF), which has had a significant impact on my weight management and energy levels. Alina gave me helpful tips on how to start and sustain IF, which I've been doing now for almost 8 months. Overall, Alina has a very strong grasp of mobility, strength, endurance, nutrition and other foundational pieces that trainers need to provide a comprehensive service.

We are writing this testimonial a week after we had the first training session with Alina. We are two adults ages 62 and 56, who except for extended regular walks do not exercise. We felt lately that it is time we start exercising it is not to late to start at any age. Alina started our first session by explaining what she plans for us to do and and what we going to achieve by doing the exercises. After a set of stretching exercises, Alina showed us a routine of progressively challenging exercises, where she tracked how difficult or easy it was to do for us. We worked on balance and coordination, resistance training and core strengthening. And all of this in our first session. Alina carefully checked that she challenged us the right amount and made all exercises fun and engaging. She also selected the exercises we can do together using readily available tools. At the end of this first session we felt great, even though we realized that we have some muscles we have never used before. Alina also discussed with us the benefits of fasting and the elements of nutrition and obvious benefits of both. We are very thankful to Alina for her patience and encouragement. From now on we will be working out regularly to achieve the level of fitness we need for a healthy and enjoyable life. We would gladly recommend Alina to anyone looking to become fit and agile, flexible and balanced. M&M

I really liked training with Alina. Going to the gym is boring but she makes it fun and interesting with her unconventional approach. It's also a great workout!

Alina is an absolute GEM! Working out with her was definitely one of my favourite experiences at the gym. She doesn't only motivate you but she inspires you to be better. She really helped me realize that there are so many other ways to workout and get strong besides just your everyday lifts. The variation of bodyweight exercises and kettlebell workouts she introduced me to were so awesome that I still use them! On top of working up a great sweat, connecting and getting to know Alina more made the day that much better! If you ever get a chance to work with her I promise you won't regret it! Alina is such a badass....seriously. it's so inspiring and refreshing to be trained by someone who is so passionate and excited about their craft. She is super knowledgeable and fun, and could probably snap you in half with a flick of her wrist. Highly recommend :)
