Impressed with Valerie's, knowledge, experience, dedication, drive, willingness to please, and Thumbtack reviews, we requested and payed for a deep clean. We were surprised and disappointed to only receive a general, over-all "wipe-down". The shower soap trays were untouched and the walls not scrubbed in the showers. The product used on the shower floors left a slippery residue. Shower walls were wiped but not scrubbed or rinsed. She said her bath product required no wiping or scrubbing, but didn't check the result. Valerie bragged about steam-cleaning tile floors but only used a wet rag on ours. I saw her wipe the kitchen counters with a bleach-soaked rag, then move the flour and sugar canisters with the same hand. The kitchen floor was so dirty it was untouched, or washed with a dirty rag. The kitchen cabinets and dining room chairs were very well-cleaned, and the window sills were wiped out as promised. We agreed on dusting only for picture frames (no glass cleaner), but several were completely untouched. (She said later that we asked her to not do them at all.) The job she did was not worth the price, and her claims didn't match the service or the results.

Valarie went above the call of duty to help us get our house ready and cleaned for a home tour. Stayed late and came back early and stayed as long as needed. She did great work.

With less than a 24 hour notice Valarie cleaned a home we had stayed at for vacation and did an excellent job at an exceptionally reasonable price. I'll definitely hire her again in the future.

Pricing is contingent on volume of work preformed and square footage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a general quote and scope of work to be preformed. Then I do an initial meet and greet as well as walk through to determine products required.. Schedule appointment
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandfather was a real estate broker and property manager. I started working for him and grew my business from there.
