At Phone Falcon all of our pricing is by-the-job and our technicians are mobile. Estimates include all standard parts, labor, and supplies. Many models are repaired on-site in as little as 30 minutes. Other models are picked-up and taken to our local lab for repair; once the repair is complete they are deliver to the location of your choice. Delivery time depends on model or service requested and is typically same- or next-day. With Phone Falcon you get awesome convenience with up-front pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients call, text or email us and describe the damage to the device. An estimate is given and an appointment set. We come to you for on-site repairs in about 30 minutes for many models. Other models that require lab-work are picked-up and re-delivered to location of your choosing either same- or next-day (depending on model type and damage).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No "formal" licenses exist in this industry so reading reviews is important. We train all of our technicians on industry best practices.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both Gil and his wife broke their phone is 2012 and 2013 respectively. Gill found there wasn't a convenient.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Make sure you ask about the quality of parts and method of repair. Not all methods and part qualities are the same and price difference can be deceiving.
