Clients call, text or email us and describe the damage to the device. An estimate is given and an appointment set. We come to you for on-site repairs in about 30 minutes for many models. Other models that require lab-work are picked-up and re-delivered to location of your choosing either same- or next-day (depending on model type and damage).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No "formal" licenses exist in this industry so reading reviews is important. We train all of our technicians on industry best practices.

Many models are repaired on-site in as little as 30 minutes. Other models are picked-up and taken to our local lab for repair; once the repair is complete they are deliver to the location of your choice. Both Gil and his wife broke their phone is 2012 and 2013 respectively. Gill found there wasn't a convenient.

Make sure you ask about the quality of parts and method of repair. Not all methods and part qualities are the same and price difference can be deceiving.
