- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is hourly for the initial cleaning. We feel its best to price a job hourly b/c as a new job we do not want to mislead any of our customers by giving a set price & then the job not get done correctly b/c we ran out of time etc. I've seen time & time again new customers call me & say "I hired a service & they only cleaned X amount of hours b/c of the set price they quoted initially & the job needed more attention."Once the initial cleaning is performed we will then give our customers a set price based on how often, pets, extraneous items in the home to work around etc... We want our customers to be excited to come home to a clean house. We take pride in providing this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first find out what exactly the customers needs are & if they have used a service in the past. We want to know how we can make your experience different then your past services. If you have never used a service we inform you of what can be expected during that initial deep clean & what services will be performed on a reoccurring basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years & years of cleaning & making mistakes. Keeping up on the most effective ways to clean & the best products to use. We are willing to correct any problem that comes along with a positive attitude & learn what exactly the customers needs are. No service is perfect but we certainly take pride in learning each individuals needs.
