Trey Phelps, Pressure Washing and Concrete Sealing Services
About this pro
Attention to detail has always been incredibly important to me. I'm somewhat a perfectionist and I take great pride in the work that I do. I'm a one man operation so I have the ability to charge less, while also having a sufficient amount of experience so that quality is not lost. I like helping people protect their investments of their home. I enjoy starting with something old and making it look brand new again. Most of all, I like making people smile.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $.75/sq ft for pressure washing and one coat of sealer. $1.00/sq ft for two coats of sealer. Cash and large square footage discounts are available. Pressure washing concrete only is $.30/sq ft. I charge $300 for one story homes and another $150-$200 for each additional story of the home. I have a $225 minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I like to talk to the customer over the phone to briefly get an idea of what they're looking for. Then I will meet them onsite to evaluate what needs to be done as well as talking about available options before giving a final estimate. If everything goes well, it will typically take me 2-5 days do get a project finished, depending on size and weather. Half of the project cost is due upfront, the other half is due when project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have spent 5 years in the decorative concrete business. I've built waterfalls around pools, fire pits, concrete stone retaining walls, landscape curbing, epoxy garage floors, metallic epoxy floors, acid stains, decorative overlays, polished concrete, etc.
