FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, please visit airsnapdrones.com to learn more
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new customer at AirSnap, whether its through our website, thumbtack or direct phone call, we ask as much information as possible about the project to get a more accurate quote. We have a list of base prices on our website, but the price can increase depending on the size and/or length of the project. Once we both agree on the service and date of the project, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book and hold the date of your session. This retainer serves as a cancellation fee, and the remaining balance is due before you receive your edited footage. Once your footage is ready, we will provide sample watermarked photos for you to view, so you can make sure the footage is satisfactory. To receive the footage, the remaining 50% balance is required and the process is complete!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aerial Photography is a combination of Photography, Aviation and Creativity; which is exactly the kind of experience we have at AirSnap. Our family-owned company is comprised of Two Airline Pilots with thousands of hours of experience, a professional Photographer and a senior Graphic Designer. The combination of these different careers coming together creates something truly special and I think you will see that in the work that we do. Everyone at AirSnap has a 4 year Bachelors degree majoring in either, Aviation, Engineering, Photography or Art. We also have have our “DARTdrones UAV ground and flight training certificate” as well as our “FAA Part 107 UAS remote pilot certificate”.
