Introduction: I Understand that in my line of work, it's a luxury to be able to have someone clean for you, Not a must have thing and there is plenty of company's out there to choose from, So I try to be as detailed as possible, I clean my client's houses as if they were my house, and I really love what I do.I think that matters, and I think that's what makes me different from everyone else out there.Is that I take great pride in what I do and I always ask myself when I get done in a room"Would I be Satisfied if this was my house" and if I wouldn't be, then I do it until I would be. And I stand behind my work 100%, if the client isn't happy then I'll do it until they are!!! In a bussiness where it isn't a must have service, you have to have something that sets you apart from every other cleaning service, and I'm always aware of that and doing everything I can to make sure I do that everyday. everyone knows how to clean but not everyone knows how to it well, and that's where I'm different in order to do it well you have to take pride and love it . My house has never looked so great!!! AAA+++ service, professionalism, price but still down to earth....made me feel unashamed of my 1" dust. I have A LOT of Nick nacks sitting out and hanging on my walls. These were even cleaned. My wood floors look brand new. She even put up with all my cats and my husband too 😁. I will never hire another cleaning service ever again. Very happy customer

My experience with Shannon's service was superb and I would recommend her to anyone. She and her niece, Tammy, arrived promptly, went to work, did a tremendously thorough job and were just a joy to work with. Very professional and understanding. I had suffered a heart attack 13 days prior and was unable to do any heavy cleaning projects. My house is pretty well kept for the most part - except for one room, the one I called the "dump room," which is actually supposed to be my home office and sewing/craft room. I had planned after putting away my Christmas decorations to finally start in on that room, working every weekend until I had it finished, but then I had the heart attack. I was hesitant to call in anyone to clean, since I was raised to keep a clean home and to take pride in that. All of the public areas of my house and my bedroom have always been kept up pretty well, but the "dump room" became exactly that - a literal dump. It was easy to just close that door whenever anyone came over and it just kept getting worse and worse - never dusted or vacuumed and piled more and more with debris year after year. I was mortified and wanted more than anything else to get that room taken care of, but I was embarrassed at the thought of calling anyone in, thinking of how they would judge me. Shannon would have none of that - she was very understanding and professional, and the results of her and her niece's work were nothing short of phenomenal, in my opinion. Every surface from top to bottom was thoroughly cleaned and they kept "like" items together in the bins and laundry baskets I had provided for me to go through afterward and sort. They also took three bags of clothing to the Goodwill for me. And the price I paid was well worth it and actually much less than I thought it would be, considering the job they had to tackle. If you are hesitating to call someone in to help because you feel embarrassed, Shannon's service is the answer for you. You won't regret it.

FIRST TIME USING SHANNON,( FOR HOUSE CLEANING ), SHE ARRIVED 4 HOURS LATE!!!!!! SHOULD HAVE DISMISSED HER,,,,,AS SHE IS A SPOT CLEANER!!! HIGHLY,,,DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's unfortunate that you decided to try to hurt my Reputation and my business with this false review when you gave me a great review before I declined your advances and your several phone calls on a daily base. I take great pride in my work and have worked VERY hard to try to grow my business and my reputation to allow someone who made me very uncomfortable and was out of line in the request asked of me to make false statements about the work I do. for that reason, I felt it was important for me to respond to this review because another wise I would not have responded. I realize sometimes you will have a customer that's not happy with the work you provided, however that isn;t the case here and I hope to put this behind me. And I highly do not recommend you as a Customer unless you like feeling uncomfortable and having passes made to you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm asked sometimes why are my prices higher then some of my competition. The only thing I can say about that is I tried to price with my competition and I lost Money and one of my clients said Shannon you got to know your worth! So I realize that I clean differently then most, I'm very detailed and OCD and I only know one way to clean it's all I've known. There's cleaning company that will bring 3 or 4 people and hurry up and get in and out while missing alot of things. Actually more things are missed with more people. My prices might be a lil higher but so is the quality of the work. I've never had a client tell me they feel like they paid to much once I finished the job.For the Quality of work I provide I think my prices are fair as do my clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
try to make sure that the Customer knows what they are getting for the price There paying, I try to find out but they Want That Way when I give a price, I can Make it based off their need's and the condition of the house,My goal is to give 100% Customer Satisfaction and put a Lil pride and Hard work into given That!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
With a big company who just wanted Quantities not quality,They Didn't pay their employees hardly any thing! Charge a 100$ and pay me 22.50$ and No Customer services Anymore! So I'm going to try to bring it back!!
