I have been interested in finding a new pet sitter for my 2 cats, one of which is very old and requires more attention and work in regard to medications, etc. I was hesitant in having someone I did not know care for them but was struggling to find someone I know who could take care of my elderly Cat, Affi for trips where I could not take her with me. But after meeting Brenda during a meet and greet, I felt immediately at ease. I rarely go away at all because of how much work Affi is. I explained to Brenda my unique situation with Affi, who is 19 and the amount of energy and attention she required between getting her to eat and administering all her medications. She was very comfortable and not at all hesitant in taking on the job when it was needed. I took Affi with me out of town this time but While I was away for 3 days, she took care of my other baby, Ella Blue and updated me daily and sent pictures which I loved. She would reach out daily to check in before I ever had a chance to which is fantastic. I felt at ease and not worried in the least. I arrived home to a very happy cat. I already have her scheduled for an overnight stay for 4 days around the holidays to take care of Affi and Ella Blue. I trust her completely.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is calculated on how many pets you have, their and distance, specific care your pet's requirements and the dates care is required. Also considered are additional services requested outside of the pet sitting services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my new client and all the pets they need cared for in advance of their planned absence. That way it is not a shock or surprise to the animals when I show up to care for them. Also, I like to go over their normal routine so that I can better provide care for the pets that they are accustomed to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am pet first aide and pet cpr trained.
