- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly rates for labor only and local full moving. We also offer flat rate long distance moving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first phone call is important. Getting to know the customer and their specific needs for their move. Every job is unique and has its own set of challenges. Our goal is to set the customers mind at ease by answering all questions and plan their move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years experience in the moving industry. I apprenticed under another mover for 2 years in the beginning.
