I needed a sofa moved from the basement to the second floor. Aaron responded quickly and I was scheduled for the very next day. He stayed in contact with me and let me know when they were 30 minutes out. His team was professional and it was obvious their experience in moving furniture. Very helpful. Very responsive with messages. Very nice and efficient. Definitely will be using this team for future moves. Did a wonderful job and were very nice and gave the best quote I could find. Couldn’t have asked for a better set of movers.

Aaron and his crew were great. They worked efficiently and cohesively as a team. Aaron is a problem-solver and doesn’t give up easily. He is also really quick and able when it comes to assembling/disassembling. His rate is very transparent and gives an itemized bill for services rendered; there were no surprises or moves pulled whatsoever. I I paid exactly what I guessed I would based on the rate he quoted me over the phone. I definitely recommend A & J Moving and will use them again in the future. Thanks Aaron!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel Fee is included in every job of $.55 per mile from my location and back from drop-off location, also stairs fee of $40. All sales on labor is final.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I simply ask how many bedrooms, how far it's moving, and date needing to be moved. After these factors I can estimate a price .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm just getting started on the business end of it, but I've got alot of experience moving and travelling.
