- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to base my pricing off a reasonable and down to earth attitude. I try to keep my customers and their families in mind first but at the same time my crew and their families as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrive at agreed start time. Next i do a face to face meet and greet between my crew and our customers. After introductions are made i request a walk through to get an idea on how the job needs to be performed. After the walk through my crew and I will put any floor\wall protections or any other precautions in place. After that is the load/unloading process and any other duties requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the moving industry for 19yrs and I have done both residential and commercial jobs. Very experienced in office cubical installation and reconfiguration.
