Introduction: My age, I can do few things. I can work with exercise therapy people now, personal trainer, nutritionalist specialist, I just graduated, certified. Been in gyms over 20 yrs. I have also been little and big so had to do diet for both in my years. I've competed at 51 placed 3rd three times, once in Canada. God is good to me, I love helping others, since I am on ssi for chronic migraines this is the perfect job. one on one and personal. I have all the time to take to help others, as all personal trainers-we love halping people. one on one personal times We pick our own hrs. when it is ok for both of us, or all of us as in a group. I love people of all ages. I believe Gods in charge and I help him to help you. Or higher power, spirit. whichever suits us. I believe everyone is unique so I keep an open mind and listen to my clients. Life is good
