- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not standard but typical, competitive rates. An example: a move out deep clean is usually 150 first two hours then 45 each additional ...a bi weekly clean is 50. Now these rates are gor a reasonably, lived in house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to know what we can do for you. What are the clients expectations of us? Can we meet them? If so, we want to get the project done as soon as needed. An agreed time and estimate gets you on the schedule.
