- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the needs of the client. Typically my packages come with the photography session and some edited, high-resolution digital images with print releases, allowing you to print your own images if you choose to do so. Digital images are usually provided in an online gallery where clients can download images or purchase prints.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do for new clients is to find out what the client's photographic parameters/needs are. After that, we pick a time and place that works best for all parties. Then I send over a contract to sign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking photos for the past 15+ years. I have a handful of classes on photography that I have completed. I also have a special needs child that, I feel, has given me a lot of compassion for dealing with small children and others with special needs.
