About this pro
What a pleasant experience! Logan was a professional. Very good.Jun 17, 2018Verified
I absolutely will hire Logan again. He was so much more reasonable than any company I got quotes from. Not to mention he is dependable, honest and makes sure the job is done to your satisfaction. He was able to start my job almost immediately and I was COMPLETELY happy with the result. If you want your project done to perfection then hire LRL Construction.Apr 25, 2018Verified
Logan is a pleasure to work with… Honest sincere and hard-working… He built a 72 foot long tongue and groove fence. He has excellent communication skills… Extremely hard-working… A perfectionist-would highly recommend him… I've already scheduled a second project with him- I would give him a 10 star rating if available- I have hired Logan for a second time to install a PENNY FLOOR on top of existing marble… This involved Lane 35,000 pennies one at a time… This takes the patience of a saint… Not to mention a perfectionist… Once again Logan has gone beyond the call of duty… Truly doing an amazing job beyond my wildest dreams… The project took longer than expected and had it’s share of frustrations… Despite that Logan always showed up on time… With a smile and $1 million attitude… He takes more pride in his work than anyone I’ve ever met… And that means the world to me… I would recommend this gentleman to anyone looking for an honest sincere and over-the-top likable contractor… This gentleman is an asset to me- highly recommend him… Would be difficult to find anyone better!Mar 3, 2018Verified
Logan with LRL kicked butt on my fence project. Did such a good job my neighbors hired him as well. Hope to hire LRL in the future.Sep 20, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies significantly based on each specific job, as well as the current market price of lumber.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My typical process begins with a phone consultation. I get to know you, gather some more information about the project you are wanting done, and then schedule a time to come to your home and do an on-site bid. During the bid, I am able to introduce myself face to face and answer any remaining questions and or concerns you may have. From that point on I am ready to get to work. My schedule usually books out anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on my current work load, but I am usually able to arrange my clients based on the urgency of the project to be done. I will give you a timeline of how long the job will take and that usually does not change. I make it a priority to stay in touch with the client throughout the whole process, ensuring that you are happy with the work being done every step of the way. The satisfaction of my clients is my number one concern. Majority of my clients become return clients in the future, as I provide quality and care with every job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a lifetime of a passion for woodworking. This passion led me into my career, where I expanded my knowledge of trade into outdoor construction and multiple facets of interior work including tile. I worked as a subcontractor for several years as I perfected my trade before starting my own business.
