Introduction: Hello! My name is Thalia. I graduated with my MBA from the University of Phoenix in April. I currently work for a 3PL and technology company. I have experience in HR recruiting so I know what employers look for and how to customize your resume. I have experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, food service, human resource, sales and marketing industries. I've never had less than 2 jobs at a time, and I continued my higher education while working a full time and a part time job.

I work as a Transportation Logistics Coordinator, and work with Thalia on a daily basis. She is a great communicator via the phone and via e-mail; which is great when we need something in writing for liability sake. When issues arise with a truck getting loaded or unloaded, or anything in-between, she is quick to respond and has obviously made a lot of valuable contacts among the customers she deals with, as things tend to get resolved quickly.
No one likes things to go wrong, but in this business, with so many moving parts, things can and do go wrong. So it's nice to work with someone who goes through it with you to the end. You don't get too many people who will call you after five in this business, but thankfully Thalia is one of them.
If everyone I worked with on a daily basis put in as much effort to know and do their job well as Thalia does... well I'd have a lot more stress free days.
