Introduction: As a modernist fusion chef I create unique culinary delicacies using only locally sourced products and a lifetime of honed cooking techniques. I love my community and want to see everyone get the most amazing food quality and service available. When I need a caterer I hire a chef that aligns with my ideals and techniques regarding cooking; treating every opportunity to create culinary delicacies as though it was the most important meal they've ever served.
I love cooking for people! We often see stressed out chefs racing to get everything just right and everyone fed on time, that's not me! Of course, I get my guests fed in time, however, I'm inspired to do so with a style and grace infused with love and patience. There is nothing more important than the food we consume. I honor this adage by inspiring people to slow down and take a moment to to be present for their meal. I chef with love and patience, and encourage my customers to eat with the same. Whenever possible I prefer them to be a part of the positive energy that goes into the creation their meal.

We hired the Zen fuddhist for a 25th wedding anniversary. Our guests were extremely pleased with his offerings for the evening. His homemade slaws and condiments were a great hit. All his offerings were fresh and delicious. His charisma, love for his trade and dedication to serving quality fare is evident in all he does.

After speaking with Brad, we decided to take a chance and have him cater our post-holiday lunch. For our small group of 25, Chef Brad made some amazing tacos using chicken, beef and bbq sweet potatoes served with a delicious slaw that satisfied both vegetarian and meat lovers. He brought his homemade sauces for the tacos, a chickpea salad and green salad with a wonderful homemade dressing. I was the last one to make my plate and when I walked into the room with 20+ people, no one was talking, everyone was just enjoying their meal. Thanks Brad!
