FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price varies according to the end product , time on job and post production. I do not sell usage rights at this time but let the client use the images as seen fit. A credit line is required on all published work except for a few exceptions. My portraits generally have package deals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a simple email request containing logistics such as time , date and brief description of job. I really like to discuss the project over the phone or in person to make sure we are on the same page and love to brainstorm any ideas that the client might have where we can come up with a creative idea that tells the story on what they want to convey whether its product or event , especially for marketing materials. I like to follow up with the client after the first response. I also want everything in writing including a shot list , pricing and sometimes a contract, Every new customer is very important to me and I want to make sure we are good fit, If not, I can usually refer someone who might be better suited for a particular project.
