- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you hire me as a buyers agent it will not cost you anything for my services. They are provided free of charge. I am available day and night to show houses. If you hire me as a listing agent, I charge 6% of the selling price of which 3% goes to the other realtor if I do not sell it on my own. You just tell me when you are available and I customize my schedule to accommodate yours whether you are a buyer or a seller. I do all scheduling, all legwork and all paperwork. All you do is decide which house you like best and I do the rest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet the customer face-to-face and get a feel for what type of home they are looking for or how fast they are looking to sell their home. I am not a pushy realtor. I let my customers make their own decision based on my ability and my professionalism. I have consistently been told by coworkers and customers that I am very efficient at quickly answering calls, text or emails. Real estate is my life 24/7 and I love my chosen career that's why I am a full-time realtor.

My broker is Keller Williams who has the number one real estate training program in the world. They are also the number one real estate company in the world and I'm proud to be associated with Keller Williams.
