We had mortar that had turned to sand, you could run your finger across it and it just fell out. A large portion of the front wall had been "repaired" with spray foam and was oozing out of the walls. It turned a dark red so it looked like my walls were bleeding. The pevious owners had installed a fireplace in the master bedroom, but it was done very poorly and was unusable and leaked. Nick came out, tore down the fireplace and even helped my husband put supports in the inside wall before rebuilding the outside wall. He then went around the entire house and ground out all the foam and bad mortar and replaced it all. Once he was done everything was cleaned up and we didn't have to do anything. He always kept his appointments with us and kept us informed each step of the way. He had us check his work regularly through the project to make sure we were happy with the way he was doing things. He was upfront with his timeframe and cost and did not make changes to that even when difficult stuff popped up. Would definitely recommend him to ANYONE needing this mind of work! Very happy!

We recently had approx. 50 bricks replaced on front of our house and courtyard. Nick did a great job taking care that the replacement bricks and mortar were a satisfactory match to the existing brick and mortar. It is difficult to see where the replacement bricks were inserted. It all blends together nicely. The work area was also cleaned up nicely when work was completed. Nick advised that he is working on the details for taking credit cards for payment which will be convenient for his customers. My son graduated from Texas Tech. We are not from the area (10 hours away). He was sharing a townhouse with some of his college friends, for a 2 year period. We had limited time to attend the graduation, pack him up, and get the home cleaned before leaving. Due to many circumstances, there was no way to get the property cleaned before we needed to leave Lubbock. We had less than a week to get someone to clean the home. I had to hire a company without meeting them, or having any recommendations other than those on thumbtack. I found this company, and although I was VERY concerned about hiring someone with so little knowledge about the company, I took a chance. I was contacted immediately, a fair price was discussed and agreed to, they were upfront, honest, and did exactly what they said they would do. This cleaning had to be coordinated with the townhomes as well. The Avenue at Lubbock, I cannot say enough positive about them as well. The manager David Garza, truly takes customer service to a whole new level. He ensured that the service could get into the home to clean. He also checked the property to ensure that the home was as clean as it should have been after the service left. The owner communicated very well with me, and seemed genuinely concerned about doing an excellent job, and also making sure he met the deadline I had. I absolutely would use this service again, and also recommend them to others. Thank you everyone who helped make this happen!

Nick was available very last minute on a holiday weekend to clean a small 1 bed/1 bath back house for my son who is a Tech student. He did a fabulous job and even went so far as to paint some peeling window sills! I highly recommend Nick and his crew!
